I had it for only a few days before it started acting up, and then it pretty much stopped working altogether. The parts feel kind of cheap, which I guess I should’ve noticed right away, but you know how it is when you just want something simple to work and don’t think too much about it. Disappointing overall

Getting this set up took way longer than I thought it would. The instructions weren’t super clear, and I ended up having to redo a couple steps before it finally worked. It’s running now, but the whole process made me question the overall quality a bit.

I tried this for a while, but i didn’t notice much of a difference. The setup was easy enough, so no complaints there, but the results just never really showed up for me. I kind of had a feeling it might be overhyped, and after using it, that’s basically what it felt like. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me it just felt like money wasted.

Ordering from the site was really simple and didn’t take long at all. Checkout went smoothly, and I got my confirmation email right away. no complaints here.

I ordered this days ago, and it took what felt like forever to finally show up. The tracking updates were super unhelpful too, because who doesn’t love guessing where their order is? Definitely not planning to order again.

I did eventually get the help I needed, but the replies took longer than I expected. The support team was okay once they got back to me, but if this keeps happening, I might have to start looking elsewhere.

The return process itself was easy, so I thought everything would go smoothly. But the refund took way too long to finally show up, which was really disappointing and kind of frustrating.

I’ve been happy with it so far. It’s been steady, held up well, and I haven’t had any random issues pop up yet, which is exactly what I wanted.

It’s okay overall, but I’m not totally convinced it’s worth what they’re charging. It does the job, sure, but the price feels a bit higher than it should be.

It’s okay to use overall, but I found the menus a little confusing. It’s not always clear who owns what or who’s responsible for certain sections, which makes it harder to figure out where to go or what to do next.

I sent over a question and expected to hear back sooner. It ended up taking a couple days, and I had to follow up once before getting a response. To be fair, when they did reply, the answer was useful enough and cleared up what I needed.

It wasn’t a bad experience, but the delay made me a little uneasy since I don’t like leaving things hanging when there’s any chance it could cause issues later. If they were quicker with messages, I’d feel more comfortable using them again and would probably rate them higher.

The delivery was late and the whole thing was just frustrating. Annoying. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

I had a good experience with Lumara Systems overall. The site was really easy to use, and everything worked about how I expected it to. I did have one small question, but they got back to me quickly, so no complaints really. I’d use them again

Umm, I’d say most of the claims were accurate, but they didn’t always line up perfectly with my own experience.

I checked the warranty coverage before buying from lumarasystems.com, and it was easy to understand. I liked that the main parts were covered and the details weren’t hidden all over the site or anything.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because support took a little while to get back to my question. They did answer it properly in the end though, so something about it still felt reliable overall...
